The success of European Track Cycling Championships 2008 and UCI Track Cycling World Championships 2009 has to be continued.
In 2010 Polish Cycling Federation along with Pruszków City and Polish Olympic Committee would like to invite Track Teams from all over the world to Grand Prix Poland which will take place on 12-13 March 2010.
